The information contained within this website has been largely provided by each of the organisations to the Communications Group of the Kirk Session of Dunblane Cathedral, with material also coming from print publications of Dunblane Cathedral Kirk Session and the Society of Friends of Dunblane Cathedral.   The Communications Group was formally given the approval of the Kirk Session to publish a website on 4th April 2000.  Malcolm Wilson took on the task of producing the website which he maintained from 2000 until 2008.  The 360 degree panorama images were created by Grant Wilson. 

In 2007 a web review group was set up.  This group comprised Malcolm Wilson, Graham Houston, Fraser Boyd, Chris Wilson, Ian Bolton and Alistair Warwick.  In 2008 the Kirk Session approved their specifications for a content management system to be developed by Hobo-Web Ltd of Greenock.  Most photographs have been provided by Malcolm Wilson with additional photographs by Ewing Wallace.
